Returns & Delivery

Please note that if item  is not in stock then it will take approx 15 days for delivery, if items are in stock then we have a 7 day delivery time and items are sent out within 24 hours of receiving your payments. Even though we try to hit our target of 7 days we can’t help any delays that might happen due to the courier service and we can not take any responsibility for late deliveries. If you have any questions about your order please send us an email or call us and we will trace it for you.

Please note that although we have taken all possible steps to ensure that the product images are representative of the product as best as possible, colours may vary according to settings on your screen and therefore can only be an approximation of the actual product.

All non-fabric/trimming goods from UK customers only may be returned for refund within 14 days of receipt if in perfect re-saleable condition. This is in compliance with the Consumer Rights Directive (Distance Selling) 2014. Unfortunately, as all fabrics & trimmings are cut to your individual specification, they cannot be returned (exceptions apply).

On the occasion where a refund is accepted, the returned item/s must be sent back to us at your cost and will not be refunded until the item/s are returned to us, complete with any free gift, and have passed quality control. On this occasion, we shall provide you with a full refund of the price plus delivery charges (if appropriate) within 14 days.

To avoid any disappointment, we strongly encourage you to purchase a sample of your desired fabric/trim before ordering it in a specified length. Please note there is a maximum of 10 samples per customer.

A sample has a minimal charge of £5. A sample is a small cutting of the fabric and may vary in size (usually 2cm x 3cm minimum, depending on the value of the fabric). A sample will give a true representation of colour, texture, pattern, weight and handle of a fabric/trim.
